Invoiced monthly. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late balances may pause service.

02 Cancellation

Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No long-term lock-in required.

03 Access & Assumptions

Client provides building access and a safe working environment. Pricing assumes normal use; major spills or events are quoted separately.

04 Supplies & Equipment

Bluebirds provides all cleaning equipment and standard supplies. Specialty products requested by the client are billed at cost.
